Why do you need my AWS account ID up front?
We use it to validate the role-deployment callback — when CloudFormation finishes provisioning the read-only scanner role, we cross-check the role's account against this number to make sure the right environment is being audited. Mismatch → we email you a fresh deploy link for the correct account and ask you to delete the wrong-account stack. Refund inquiries go to support@cloudupload.tech for manual review.
What if the scan fails after I pay?
We email you with the cause and next steps — usually a fresh CloudFormation deploy link if the scanner couldn't reach your role, otherwise we re-run the scan ourselves once we've diagnosed the issue. Refund inquiries go to support@cloudupload.tech for manual review — no automated refunds in this flow.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?
Yes — Stripe sends a formal receipt at payment time, and we ship a branded invoice email with line-item breakdown right after. Both are tax-form-ready.
